Los Globos de Oro son los premios concedidos por la Asociación de la Prensa Extranjera de Hollywood (HFPA) a lo mejor cine y de la televisión del año. Seth Meyers será el encargado de presentar la gala de la 75ª edición, que tendrá lugar el próximo 7 de enero en el hotel Beverly Hilton de Los Ángeles.

The Shape of Water encabeza las nominaciones con un total de siete candidaturas. A la película de Guillermo del Toro la siguen: Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (6), The Post (6), y Lady Bird (4).

Greta Gerwig y Luca Guadagnino se han quedado fuera de la categoría de mejor dirección, y Verano 1993, fuera de la de película de habla no inglesa. La nominación de Christopher Plummer -sustituyendo a Kevin Spacey en All the Money in the World– es el mayor WTF de la lista.
